Somone put a wind generator on the edge of my town and I cant put a building down where I would like to . Is there a way to figureout who the owner of the structure is so i can ask them to move the building?

I think the OP stated the structure was placed just outside the city's zoning. That's how I interpreted it. I think the poster was looking at placing new houses for when the city expands. Just my guess.

The structure is just a hair outside my city right next to my house. I wanted to put a smaller house next to my large house but someone droped a wind generator there so I need to figure out who owns it

There is only one way to find out, and that is to wait around till they show up to pull power from it. There is not /command or ability to tell aside from that.

Yes, Unfortunately unless the name of the harvesting equipment has been placed with a name on it, you will have no way of finding out who it belongs to until they visit it for maintenance.

Anybody been to nebakanezzers shops?
There is a gas harvestor out front that says Nebakannezer (sp?) IS A FRAUD
I chuckled in disbelief, but I drove by a few more times and its always there. I bet it is another one of those cases.
Maybe this could be a new thing, if we don't like another guild we can label harvestors in front of their cities or guildhalls.

If it's for griefing it could be there forever. If it is actually harvesting wind energy it'll be gone in a week or two.
