One of the things really tweaks my gizzard is dead house's, even worse is dead house's in prime locations.
With house packup coming how bout the corr let into the dev's to throw this option into the mayor's bag of tricks, be really nice to shuffle some of these space taking monsters to a location a little bit more off the beaten path.

It won't happen.
Having structures removed that belong to canceled accounts or deleted characters... maybe.
Giving the mayor power to move a house? No.
A mayors greatest power is the "citizens" email. Use that to best advantage to have the house moved. If the owner is beyond the reach of ingame mail... there is no way to rid yourself of that structure.
