Ah a glorious, amazing, happy day for my city! Finally the update that brings us to rank 3, finally specilizations can be used, the lovely clone center can be placed down right next to our long stand medical center and some new areas in the town can be erected. Yay for all the hard work put in over the last few months to create a 100% active city with real life playersplacing houses.

Oh wait, city limits on the planet are capped. Nevermind then.

I now feel what so many have felt before, completely cheated.
