A few questions on XP and mayor (that I didn't see in the FAQ's).

1) If I run for mayor and win, will i get 300 xp for each vote and 750xp at the same time.

IE: I get 10 votes (=3000k xp) and win the election 10 votes to 0. will I have 3750xp?

2) If I run for mayor and lose, will I still get the 300xp for each vote I received?
