Thread: Can an Master Image Designer place a Theater?
It doesn't. I'll need to double check and see if that's on the wishlist though (it's still a bit early for me lol). If it's not, I will add it and pass it along. 
No. They've been asked for, but they want to have NPC cities to still have purpose which could be why they're reserving them for there.
If we could come up with a more unique building for Image Designers (different benefits, larger capacity, etc.) that might get a better response from the higher ups. Just cloning what's available in NPC cities isn't too popular with them, though.

wouldn't the need for the star port always trump an id tent as far as a "need" for npc cities?? its not like pa starports will never happen or thecomical idea of landing wherever you want will ever be implemented. i don't see the big deal.
