Thread: City event help

Hello all,
our city is planning a 2 day party to celebrate its 1 year birthday ( we are running late since it was in july) But we are trying to have a big blowout bash for everyone in the galaxy to attend. (well everyone is welcome anyway 
)We would like to have a few player event perks but since I am rather green on using these I was wondering if you all would make a suggestion or 2 about what you may think is best suited for something like this. I understand that some things need less then 50 people and so on.

We just want everyone to have as good a time as they possibly can.

When we celebrated Kor Spera's one-year anniversary, we got several decorations and set up a race-track near our cantina and also did a scavenger hunt. We had parties and fireworks, too, and invited the server to come celebrate with us using the Events Calender.

We did a similar thing at a recent town party. The race track was a big hit as was a $1Million Credi lotto droid. Also did some tents and pavillions which really spruced things up and made it look like an 'event.' Surprisingly, one of the biggest hits was the lamba and corvette shuttles! Everyone (espeically the noobs) got a kick out of seeing them do fly-bys and having them land in the middle of town.
If you're looking to have a little PvP, I know our capture the flag game was a pretty big hit with the combatants that night too.
