We need to have a system where once the house has no money in it,it goes.here is my ideas.if ppl dont like it they should pay there bills.

say jimmy has a house full of items but jimmy doesnt play no more either 1 of 2 things should be happening.

1,we have a repo system where if u have items they dissapear and the funds go in the houses maintance till nothings left boom!!!! the house goes no fault other then jimmys

2,the mayor once a house is condemed gets the rights and has 1 week to pass it onor destroy it but once again its jimmys fault

something needs to be done my city is full of empty houses from ppl we know anit coming back we are trying to get they account details to destroy the houses but why should we,when if i had left a game for a yr and came back it would be my fault the house had gone.
