Thread: Update pending: your city will update the next server city pulse

You guessed it I am a new mayor and I started my city a week ago.
Ok what is a "server city pulse" and why do I have to wait for that for my city to upgrade to lvl 2? Do cities have heart beats?

A pulse... is when the city is update.. that is when the city is upgraded (if possible) or downgrade
