We were wanting to make a city, but when we went to place the city hall it told us that there were no more slot available for a new town.

Is there anyway to know what planets have city slots avail????

Please help if you can....

Thanks in advance

I'd say go to each planet and use the deed.... if it shows you the map then there is a slot if it doesn't then there is not...

Use your planetary map and count. Don't trust the visible cities though I would generally say go with mission terminals. Even rank 1 strictly craftertowns have those so it is a lot more accurate as to how many of the slots are taken up.
