Well, We moved from 45 citizens, to 60 in one week and still are growing, and now after the update, I get that sh!ty email stating thanks for your hard work but F'off, your city you have worked so hard for is DENIED advancment due to the CAP! Does anyone know when the next update will be published, so we can all move up in rank? I mean I would not be as pissed about the denial, but when you go to some of these ghost towns that have a shutle, and the city looks like the mayor just tossed deeds to any tom **edit** and harry to plant where they want, there city looks like **edit** imo, and then we have worked hard on making a city look good, and get the finger. Man that burns.... well hope its not going to be long.

I feel for ya, but I will never know that feeling cause Rori is dead! dead! dead! We are a Metropolis and are working our butts off each week keeping it that way, to much appeal on other planets to keep peeps here!
So if the devs don't hook ya up, come on out! Sounds like ya got the peeps to rebuild quickly...

Whats funny is that I even went into chat to ask a CSR if they could tell me the current cap situation, and they said " please log a ticket and a CSR will contact you about your problem". I told the CSR that if I log a ticklet, it will be a month before I get a response, and I will have known if the cap had been reached by 9am, in just a few hours...lol. Oh well 
If there was a way to see th ecurrent cap, it woudl sure help the situation on cities in the game.

I hope they ll raise the cap soon. At least for the lvl 3 cities because currently the lvl 2 cities are f.......
We ve about 40 citizens and about 15 more to come in the next week but we re are stuck at lvl 2
