Actually, I've seen quite many people coming back to the game. (Before that account reactivation thing.) Looks like the grass isn't so green elsewhere. Went to check Hz myself out of curiosity, er...don't bother.

Best way to deal with the tall guys is to give them incentives to lick the ground. And dont look down on me that way youre not THAT taller.

I haven't heard much rumbling on Scylla, nor have any of my citizens mentioned it. If one of my citizens were to let their subscription run out and quit forever, I think they would let me know about it.

I am prone to ignoring people who I find annoying, both in the game and on the forums. If it seems like I am not responding to your posts, it is probably because you have very little worth saying.

Don't see how thats a big deal. You should get an email notifying that the subscription is ending, and needs to be updated/renewed very soon.

About the account reactivation. I am sure that some players will have hard felt feelings from being banned, and would not come back, even if allowed. Personally I havn't noticed anyone coming back on LOWCA server, and yes, there are a lot of players not renewing thier subscriptions, because SOE keeps adding crap to the game, that simply TAKES THE FUN OUT OF PLAYING. Very likely I would not be in this game myself, if it were not for friends I have in this game.

SOE should start listening too thier customers that pays for thier game, and subscriptions, then those lowly testers (Has thier own idea what they think is best) they have that represent a some number of the vast majority of SWG players.

Another BIG ISSUE WITH SOE, is that the CSR's, yes, thats right, I said that, the CSR's, some are doing favoratisium to players in guild/guilds. Please note, I am not saying all CSR's are doing this, but, it is VERY CLEAR that there is 1 or 2, possbly more, that are doing things that are NOT FAIR to most other players/guilds.

A VERY GOOD EXAMPLE is: CSR/CSR's, which ever case this maybe, is for the fact, that Omen guild on LOWCA has REDEEDed the Hexagon bases ( Seven faction bases), and Omen had CSR's to redeed them out of fear of seeing thier bases destroyed out of retalellation, after the officers of the former guild ( Nevermore) was forced out. Those officers started the new guild called Omen.

Thier is a lot more going on, then perhaps then those CRS's knew about, and perhaps were told lies to be given better excuses to have ALL 7 Bases REDEEDed ????

Well, the risk of bases getting destroyed has always been a risk of having it get destroyed been an integral part of the game, and having bases REDEEDed becaise of fear of losing thier hard earned faction points, well, thats all part of the risk of being an Imperial, or Rebel, that is suppose to happen sometimes. Well, REDEEDing bases for Omen, is not fair to all those others that have bases, and personally do know players that do own, and in past times, did own bases that got destroyed from either from normal game play, and one of them, basicly gave up, because others were exploiting game bugs to take down a base, but , CSR's were not concerned even to preserve a players base, from exploits being used.

I might even get banned myself from telling you all this. I bet certain CSR's may not like to see this post on the forums ?? I don't know, its been bugging me, not say soemthing about this, when this is a matter of unfairness to those that have bases, and that pay for a game, expect to have fun, but is being taken away for various reasons, and those reasons keep stacking up against SOE's added designs to game play, and to some, the unfair actions of the CSR/CSR's REDEEDing bases for the Omen guild.

Here is a kicker, Omen once placed a base next to shuttle port, then it ends up being attacked, then a short time later, someone in Omen got the base REDEEDed again a second time.

Well, I hope SOE and those CSR's that are honest see's this post and checks into this matter, and make changes that is FUN , and FAIR to all players in the game.

I've seen some rumble in the populace.. but I think it's due to the lack of understanding of how housing works (pay your rent, or you're out on your ear) rather than leaving the game.. We've actually had one return.. but I don't think he's staying.

I'm not seeing a real problem here..it's a shame to lose good people.. but there's always going to be turnover

We've had several people who wereMIA in our guild/city return recently, a couple people have left (one back to a previous MMORPG).

I'm not seeing a significant turnover, though. I personally only know 2 people that will be quitting.

Rest in Peace

For those players that purchased The SWG Collectors Edition and started with SWG on day one (June 26, 2003) subcription renewel time is coming on Tuesday, January 27, 2004. What do I mean? Well if you purchased asix month subscription Tuesday is when it is over. If you purchased two three month subscriptions Tuesday is when it is over. For some players that purchased a six month subscription this game is coming to an end and they are leaving.

I am already seeing a lot of it on the Wanderhomer Server. There have been more "Goodbye threads" on the Wanderhome Forum than I have ever seen before. Some of our big name crafters are leaving the game because their subscriptions are coming due. In the past two weeks I've hadsix citizens leave the game and I don't know how many more are gone that just aren't logging in, or haven't told anyone. I have a city of 154 citizens at this moment so I can't tell who exactly is AWOL because thats too many to keep track of.

With some of the recent changes in SWG I think we have all seen a lot of disappointment among our citizens. I'll admit that Politician has been burning me out lately. I just don't have the passion I used to have for this game. I enjoy the people I play with and all the citizens of my city and that is the only thing keeping me around right now.

Since we as mayors are most likely to notice, is anyone else seeing a largeamount of people leaving right now?
