That's a noodle scratcher. I'd assume he stays mayor but is technically not a citizen. After all someone has already shown that the incumbent keeps mayoral title even if you drop novice so this wouldn't surprise me.

lol, good one theodis. Didnt think of that since I'm on every single day.

But if a city's mayor isnt on for 3 weeks, and it isnt due to some unforseen circumstance (family emergency, computer crash). I think the city deserves to get blown up so that another city that couldntgrow due to the server caps has a chance to expand.
