I was just thinking and then this idea popped in my head (I wasn't meditating as much as just ignoring stuff) so I figure I may as well post it. I'll up my # if nothing else.

At master politician (maybe martial 4) a mayor (or ambassador if that is ever added) is given the ability of diplomatic immunity. When he uses this skill he is able to walk into anopposing enemy faction towns and not get a TEF or blown up by minefields. It only works within the town limits, any TEF's gotten before entering stay, and you are unable to attack opposing faction members in the city radiuswhile using this command(it lasts the length of you being within the city). Basically what it would mean is that I can go and talk with the mayor of Imperial Center without having to dance around his little traps or the two of us meet at some random spot. We can go to each other's town uninhindered to talk about treaties, alliances, or declarations of war. In order to prevent this from getting griefed, after all you can get some good recon abusing this, only allow it to be used once per day or something similiar to that. Allow the mayor to be /warned (when that comes back) as well so you can't use it as a means to enter and grief a town or for the militia to attack you for abusing your white flag.

Comments or other ideas? Feel free to completely warp it if you want it's just something I thought of and don't have a strong feeling towards, hell I plan onstaying neutral anyway.
