Thread: Missing decorations in our town

I don't know if any other mayor experienced this, but after a server reset, we were missing 7 decoration items in our town (1 fountain, 1 tat sun, and 5 lamps). The bad thing actually isn't the items disappearing, but the city assumes that the decorations are still in our town so i can't put down new ones.
3 tickets submitted and still no answer.

confirm... i'm missing several lamps... i even removed the gardens they were placed on... nevertheless they're still "active" though not actually placed anymore...

We had a slightly different problem. The most recently placed decorations disappeared at the city update. They weren't over the limit for decorations, and the city had more than enough money. But they vanished completely (not on the terminal either). It was only the things placed a little before the update that vanished, not the older decorations. We have't tried replacing them yet, but it seems to be a slightly different bug to the others missing them.

Same happened to us.
After a week or no replies, one CSR said, "ive removed them from your city list, you are no longer paying maintenance on them" no refunds, no replaced items.
Now we regularly count up the items we have, vs the items the game says we have.
