Again I log in today to find our shuttleport has no ticket collector or ticket terminal. I am being totally serious now when I say we have more bugged days than normal days. a CSR just sais wait till server reset, which is 22 hours away. Its no good having a shuttleport if its bugged all the time, people will just not take the risk and not come to the city.

Now I know what round trip shuttle tickets are for.... so you can get back to an NPC city when you find the player city you are visiting has a bugged shuttleport
