I searched the forum and tried to look for this topic but couldn't find it.
Ifa med center is place at a lvl3 city and city pop drops and city goes to lvl2 does the med center disappear?

Since hospitals are player structures, they should not disappear after the city drops a level, or even if the city disappeared. just make sure the owner remembers to pay the maintainance
