Thread: Master Politician Ability : City Specialization Zoning

I thought it would be interesting if at Master Politician you would have the ability to Zone certain areas of the cities as different specializations.
For instance you could Zone research center on one side of the city and zone Stronghold on another side of the city. Since this would be a huge luxury, it would make sense if this was also an expensive choice, you would pay full amount for both specializations.
It's not unusual both in RL and in other games (Sim City), to have similar zoning(commercial, residential, industrial). It would be nice if that could be implemented in this game as well.
