1) I think that OFFICAL PROCLIMATIONS should be craftable by politicains! And they should be able to put their own words into it! I think that it would be the litteral letter of the law :-P
I found one in the game in bestine off a guy and thaught that no politician should be without a offical proclimation! YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN YOU MIGHT NEED ONE lol!

Great idea! Another idea would be for mayors to be able to craft Certificates of Excellence, or Recognition for bravery, service, etc - to give to citizens who are deserving of such things. These would look like the proclamations and be readable.
Signs in the city that would post laws, history or other long textual information would also be great. It could be a sign that when read, brought up a window like when you read someones Bio.

Agreed on both counts....
City signs of any kind would be hugely helpful for in game content, and the ongoing dispersal of information to citizens.

City signs would be a godsend and i'm not talking about barker droids. Would be nice if we could have a protacol droid in the hall which could be "activated" to give a history of the city, it's mayors and instructions for who to contact to join the city.

It seems like signs shouldn't be something terribly difficult. The NPC cities have signs at the entrance to the city (called "Signpost" the way an item of furniture might be) that bring up a rather large text box that only has the name of the city in it. Make the signposts craftable by Architects as a city decoration (the name of the item would have to be determined by them), but make the information that is viewed when /examined be enterable (is that a word? lol) and able to be changed by the mayor.
It would be a great way to post contact information, city laws (even if they are unenforceable right now), act as "historical markers", or whatever. If they are classified as a city decoration, it would allow them to be placed outside and inside (since statues, fountains and the like can be placed inside).
