Be a mayor and fix the election. Its moronic BS, we had a couple people try this on Kettemoor. Nobody ever bites. Its just some young twit looking to profit by any means necessary.

Anyway for anyone who wants a city in the game feel free to contact me. This is a great oppertunity for your PA or cadre to start out on a main planet, with most of what you need to start a city.
