Hey, I have a couple ofsimple questions. If I want to join a city with a specialisation, such as research centre, do I need to declare residency atone of the structures I place in the city, or is paying just tax on the structures without declaring enough to gain the benefit? Also, Do you 'only' get charged the flat-fee 'citizen' tax if your declared at the city? My understanding is that you need to declare to actually count against the city population limit, I just wonder if this is how you also gain the city benefit.

Specialization: As long as you are "physically" within the boundaries of the city, you get the bonus.
Citizen Tax: I believe if have a declared residence within the city limits you get charged the tax.
