Why can't Mayors plant spy's in there city? you can plant a BH terminal. but then its useless. not spynet guy there to help you! I wish i could hunt from home but i cant i have ot go to a far off city and do missions! any way around this?

one of many city buggs. no solution. I removed all BH terminal from my city.

It's an open issue, and was identified when cities went live. I haven't heard of any dev comments on it though
