Thread: Idea custom automatic mail sent to the new citizens

I am pretty new to this forum so my apologizes if it has already been mentionned. What would you think of a custom email that would be automatically sent to new citizens? I would love to be able to automatically send them a mail greeting them, letting they know that they can contact me for anything, to place new trainers etc... They already get one, being able to customize it would be wonderful.

Its easy to do - draft a welcoming email and onc eyou are happy with it, send it to yourself. Each new citizen who joins, just forward that to them (suitably customised though).
