Hello. My alt is the mayor of Oceanview, a metropolis on Talus. I, like you, am worried about inactive citizens causing my city to shrink. About half the citizens of Oceanview are long time players who seemed to have moved on.

I'd like to offer the smaller rebel/neutral towns and villagesof Talus a chance to have all the things a big city has (cloning facility, hospital, cantina, shuttleport, bank, trainers, mission terminals, large player mall with open vendor slots, militia, crafters of all kinds, several good guilds, city specialization) and a mayor who is almost a master.

I'm suggesting a consolidation of smaller Talusian towns and villages into Oceanview to ensure that all our towns never fear downsizing due to inactivity.
