We all know this has been a bug in the past, or the remnants of a city that has lost its ability to have a shuttleport (through rank reduction or whatnot). Basically, you have a shuttleport without a ticket droid and a vendor.

However, now that we know that this is possible, what if there was such a structure actually andintentionallycoded for Rank 3 cities?

1. Mayors can set another structure down that is similar to a shuttleport (it could even BE a shuttleport) with the exception that there is no ticket vendor and no ticket droid.

2. These places would only serve as drop-off points for the shuttle. I.e. you would never be able to "leave" from there, but you could definitely be dropped off in a city that has such a building. To depart again, you'd have to drive to the nearest city with an active shuttleport.

3. These cities would appear on the "destination" list, as usual. Yeah, it means more destinations from actual departure points, but *shrugs* it's no big deal.

We've seen how it works for bugged/defunct shuttleports. Maybe, if they're not lifting the cap, this sort of perk might ease Rank 3 cities' burden a little.
