City Specialization: Improved Job Market

Missions taken in a city with an "Improved Job Market" grant 15% or 20% increase to their rewards?

Everywhere I read (including the Advanced - Player Cities Guideon the SWG's website) says 20%, but when you look under the Politician skill tree it says 15%.

Which one is the accurate one?

no idea, i just asumed it was 15% cuz thats what it says ingame. I never compared payment before and after adding the spec.
