i was trying to place a BE trainer in my city today and it wouldnt be done anyone else know about this or can tell me anything i havent been a politician very long and am clueless on this

The BE trainer is part of a quest......
...... no not really its not in the game =(

Currently the BE trainer can not be placed in player cities.
My Three city BE's came up with the theory that they are too "elite" to have a trainer in player cities. I said its quarentine because of all that nasty genetic stuff they play with.
Seriously, i submitted a ticket and the answer was it can not be done and we need to petition the Devs to allow it.
*sends thre clue fairy to SOE with a nice big clue by four to have a chat to the devs*

Yoru 3 sound like my predominant BE! Hehe, I think all that hazardous material goes to their heads.

It's an old bug, and BE are also too leet to have skill tapes. BEs were a late addition to the game and I am guessing their coding must be a little different, hence the lack of trainers for themin the trainer DB.

well.... since BE have "death touch" they are too powerful
like Jedi
thus we can't place trainers for either of them....
