Sup all.

I want to city ban someone for taking a loan out we provide to our citizens then moving out promptly (money isnt the issue as the town is supported by 4 dr.'s).

Unfortunately, I try to cityban the guys two charactors and it appears i cant do it unless he is near me? is this the case?

I think they just have to be in the city limits for you to ban them but i am not sure.

You only have to be clicked on them and YOU have to be in the city. They could have left city limits, but if they are still targeted, cityban still works.

personally.. since the SHOPS are own by players

(tents, cantina, med centers) you can easily add these people in the ban list
