Mail the citizenship of your city? I was elected earlier today, and I'm trying to send out a mass mail but I can't get it to work. I heard that it was putting 'citizens' in the To: box, but I haven't gotten it to work. Anyone know if there is another one/that ones bugged/anything that could help?

it is citizens... if you are newly elected.. I think you might have to wait a couple of days..
