Thread: no xp at all?
Eww... not the dreaded CSR ticket.
Hello, this is CSR JohnDoe, we have reviewed your cities voting and have found that nobody voted for you at all, so you got exactly the amount of experience you should have. ZERO.
Thank you for playing Star Wars Galaxies, Have a nice day ![]()
Yuck, I hate to do that to ya, 'cause I know you're asking a very serious question, but after weeks of messing with the CSR's, it seems they do what they wanna do. The only thing I can think of is to log off and log in, if that doesn't work, then wait for a server reset, if that still doesn't work, then go for the CSR ticket. *shakes head as he can't believe he agrees with that suggestion*
I find that the CSR's are a bigger problem than the bugs in this game, especially where Politicians are involved. The game mechanics have it set up for the incumbent mayor to receive all the votes, unless a player actively votes for an opponent, if there is one. However, the last time I had this problem and talked to the CSR's over ticket messages, all I got was pretty much what I stated above. No experience, no nothing. I was not satisified at all with their response or their help. 2 weeks Itried to get missing Experience, 2 weeks I went without it. Not saying the same will happen for you, BUT.. here's a key too..
All votes AUTOMATICALLY go to the incumbent mayor when running unopposed. So.. If you have 24 citizens, you have 24 votes and you should get 2400 exp. I believe that the knowledge base will concur with the first part of this paragraph, the part about the votes going to the mayor when running unopposed. However, the CSR's say that you need and will only receive exp if you are ACTIVELY voted for, which is a direct opposite of what THEIR database states..
I wish you the best of luck, and I hate to sound bad about it, but don't hold your breath on it. I'm still out about 1800 exp from a couple of weeks of missed exp.
