Im currently a Master Doc with a med center. Im considering dropping doctor. If I do, will I have to do anything with the med center? or will I still own it etc.

You will still own it. If you decide to redeed it, you will not be able to place it. So it will stay yours and stay in the game as long as you don't redeed it.

I came into the SWG universe as an entertainer
and performed to a crowded cantina in Mos Espa.
I will use a respec and become an entertainer again,
pull out my last pet from my creature handler days
and dance in an empty cantina in Mos Espa and disconnect from the game forever.
