Thread: Proposed First Galatic Audit! Are you paying too much?

I have seen various posts of people saying that their expenses are too much. I was talking to one of the other mayors on Dantooine and we agreed that we were not sure that ours added up correctly. So I am starting the first Galactic Audit! If you choose to participate please use the following form so we have all our data in a similar format. I will post mine for Vodo-Siosk shortly and i will do other cities i come across also.

I know income is a bit harder to estimate than expense becaue people add and remove houses and harvesters all the time. I belive the med center and Cantina are the same rate as medium houses. I am sure somebody will correct me if I am wrong. Ill also do random cities on Eclipse and other servers to get more accurate results. This is the kind of hard numbers and data that the devs like.Perhaps wecan demand tax refunds.

btw how can we tell how much revenue the shuttle brings in?

Same with garage?


also how do i know what the actual cr amount is if I have a 5% property tax on all structures? I dont get any data on that amount either.


also I went around and plucked up all the decorations not in our city square and it still says I have over 50 decorations up when I knw for a fact I only have 12 up. Will this number update when the city does?


and do any of you mayors out there ever yank terminals and trainers right befor the city turnover to save a few crs?

Thats difficult to guess. If your city has attractions such as a good mall or a faction hq i would highball it. If there are not many people living in your city i would take the number of times you use the shuttle and multiply by the number of citizens. Income is very difficult to estimate.


I will do the city of Penumbra, Dantooine on eclipse late tonight when i get back from work. I had to work 12 hrs at work the day before and 10 today (invintory season!) other than that my schedule is wide open.

You have forgot to add the city specialization charge and the map registration charge .


The specialization charge varies as to wht yours is . The map registration charge is 5000 a week.


Other than that, this is great.

Also we were being overcharge by about 60k a week . seems it was all in decorations. I submitted a ticket and a CSR came and fixed it. I included all decorations in city and also what we were being charged for maintence on decorations. Now our maintence is correct.


In My opion the trouble lies in only the decoration part of maintence.

I think mine is a combo of decorations and trainers. City registration I included (which i forgot in my first post.) however my city doesn't have a specialization, thats why I forgot to include one in the main form.
