Our city hall is about to be removed. Will the treasury money be sent back to me?

If you have waited till now to extract any treasury money, its too late. You can only withdraw a max of 50k per day - so between now and the update tick tonight, 50k is all you can extract. The rest goes bye-byes unfortunately.
