Like a table or flowers that would normally go inside the house? I Can't place them in the city and also I cannot place a crafting station of anykind outsied? I want to make my city as complete as possible and this is just hampering it!! Please help.

Because they weren't meant to go outside (NPC cities notwithstanding). And if we add all these "decorations" to the already overloaded database... oy.

There's not enough "space" (or enough in the treasury) to support everyone's torch in the backyard..

(public crafting stations would be nice tho.. why not just put up a "shop building" and keep it public?)

Well that makes no sense. I am not saying allow everyone to place a torch in his backyard. I am saying as mayor, I should have the same rights that NPC cities have. I mean I should be able to drop a crafting station for public use. signs would also be good. Like a welcome sign or a sign that tells people everything they need to know about the city.
