How does a Politician gain XP? Does he talk to people, run missions, debate? Does anyone have any ideas what one has to do in each skill tree of Politician. Thanks in advance...

Well really you can vote has many times as you want, but it only counts once.

For explain, if you have having a vote and it lasts for 7 days, the person you voted for last when the vote concludes will be the person you have voted for.

100xp per [vote] per [city week]...

so yes, you will not see any XP untill the city updates at the end of the week and the votes are tallied up (hope you dont run Florida)

if nobody is running against you do you still get xp ?

If noone is running against you, then you receive automatic votes from all listed citizens at the end of the election.

I founded my city and still dont have any xp, is the weekly election the only way to get xp?

I got 400 points for getting 3 votes in a city of 50 or more.. lol and one of those votes was mine
