Thread: How do send mail to evryone in city
Ihave just startet a new city, is there a easy way to mail all who live in the city?

Took a while to do (76 citizens at the time), but I added all of them as friends and created a group called "MS Citizen" to put them all in. When I want to email them all, I click the "Group" heading at the top to sort by groups, select everyone, and hit "Mail". This puts all their names in the "To:" section.
One thing to be wary of is if you switch back and forth between different characters (same or different servers). This sometimes erases your Group and Comment information (a bug I've been reporting since launch day). I rarely play any of my other characters anymore, though, so it hasn't happened to me for quitea while.

Man, I wish I would've known about that sooner.Does that work for only the Mayor, or anyone that is a citizen of the city you want to send it to? I actually needed a way to email everyone before I was elected so I could let them know they needed to come and vote. So, if that is a Mayor only ability, I still would've had to do what I did anyway.
