The problem in my local city is it's fulla lazy voters, yet the mayor cannot be removed without elections. It always ends up as roughly 12/48 to him due to the lazy people. If anyone has any ideas WITHOUT resulting in the destruction of the city - would they gimmie an idea?

Just about the only thing you can do now is individually /tell and "escort" citizens to the voting booth to make sure they vote.

Yep the current mayor has also absolutely no way to resign as well. Our old mayor even tried surrendering ALL politician skills even notice but could'nt resign.

It takes some doing.. the only way is the get voted out.. It was hard for me. since 1/2 of my citizens either plays weird hours or playing EQ on the side hehe.. (or in military and have way cool job that takes up a lot of their time)

same problem here ... but we have 95 citizens and only about 30 are active enough to vote for me ... I guess recruiting or finding another guild to move-in with us is the only option, since the other 60 folks never even sign on
