How often is that? Im waiting for a city hall to go **POOF** so I can start my town.

Whoa it updated and the city hall is still there even thouugh they only have 9 citizens!


Is there a different timer for the 3 days or poof?

may be due to the mayor counting as a citizen, even when they don't have a residence. not sure, but thats what i'd guess.

If its a old town hall (been around a long while) its probably bugged . I was in one town where the town hall weekly readds people who leave the city during its update even those chars that was residents that were deleeted . We even tried to revoke citizenship on some chars an all it did was add them back on there on the next update for 3 weeks running now .
