You need to calm down m friend. Pappi is a very busy person, there is nothing she can do for you right away this instance. The best thing to do if you are having city problems in the interim is to file a CSR ticket.

If this isssue is as major as you discribe, unfortunatly it won't be solved this evening

also, sucky correspondent or not... I CAN'T HELP YOU ANY FURTHER, please let me play in peace on TC. I don't mind answering questions on TC or my AIM... but when people start msging me asking if I've taken care of CSR issues, it's definitely not in my job description.

talk to all the other correspondents all you want, they'll tell you the same thing. I signed up to represent the politicians, not slave over an individual's issue.
