- These "Civic" structures - They do not have a normal maintenance cycle. That's all I could find out. Don't they have any maintenance or will the maintenance needed be taken from the City Hall treasury? And what is the maintenance for the civic structures per week/month. An addition of this to the F.A.Q. would be good by the way.
2. Doesn't any of the civic structures require any loots? I've read on a web page called Sacred Nemesis that they don't.
3. Does a garage count as a civic structure? What politician skill and city rank does it require? How many loots does one require?
Thank you all in advance!
Hi!
Let's see if I can help.
1. These "Civic" structures - They do not have a normal maintenance cycle.
No. Civic Structures do not have maintenance like private ones - they are paid for out of the city treasury - they will only decay if the city runs out of the money. Details of the costs are in the FAQ.
2. Doesn't any of the civic structures require any loots? I've read on a web page called Sacred Nemesis that they don't. (sic)
No. They do not take lots. Civic Structures are: City Hall, Cloning Centre, Shuttleport, Banks & Gardens.
3. Does a garage count as a civic structure? What politician skill and city rank does it require? How many loots does one require?
Yes, a garage is a civic structure and does not take any lots.
Email me in game if you have any more questions - I've been a Mayor since the day Player Cities went live.

You missed:
It's all listed right in the order there - all of these are costs to the city for each of these structures.
All civic structure are paid for automatically from the city treasury. They're not like houses where you have to individually put maint into them (thank god!!)
No, they don't require lots because they are owned by the city.
