the description leaves alot to be desired.. anyone actually ran tests on it? is it +50 to like say def vs kd for any militia in town? or +50 to the rolls on if it will land

its +50 to if it'll land. more or less a bonus to ranged defense/melee defense. it only applies to militia members, and only in the city.

And goes above and beyond the 125 cap supposedly. I don't have it (none of the specializations are worth the cost to me) but a dev or TH said that this should go above and beyond the def cap just like squadleader bonuses. So it is actually a tangible benefit now if you really need it. I mean 2/5's the max added onto you is a pretty good benefit if you need it.
