I was out of town for two weeks and returned today and headed to my Voting Terminal to register again for Mayor. It tells me that I may not register in the final week of voting. There are no other candidates for mayor on the ballot and the only option is abstain.

Since there is no mayor on the ballot and no one can register - will the city die and the city hall delete at the end of the voting week?
