Thread: Shuttle ports???

Hi i have been playing SWG for about8 months now and i have stared my own town no naboo, i got rank 3 and manufacturing center, looking to go researeh asap...
My problem is when someone leaves the game and stop playing there place of declair still is registared so city levels dont drop.. and i really wanted a shuttle port for my town so it will expand but i now feel like the system will create only ghost town and the places people live will be shuttle less..
Woth ROTW out and now more people joining SWG is something being done with all the ghost towns or is it going to be a case of one day the worlds will be full or harvies/facturies/houses never used condemed with shuttle in ghosttowns and people living in any spot they find big enought for a house to be placed...

"Dead" structures aren't going to be cleaned up until they do a character purge. At that time, any structure that has been condemned for 6 months will be purged along with any leftover stuff from deleted (not cancelled) characters.
When that character purge will happen is currently anyone's guess.

Thank you. I realize that plans are always subject to change... Downside> a lot of structures will be staying. Upside> I won't take as large a hit to population. At 110 I'm pretty sure our Metropolis rating would survive a purge, and certain to keep the shuttle.
