I've never known it happen before.
I place my statues, log out, read the politician forum for the first time in I don't know how long, and BOOM.
Pappi, I don't really know you, but as a politician for over a year on Sunrunner, I've always found you to be the epitome of helpful friendliness and your long service does you proud.
Best of. 
(And yes, that's really what my statues look like. The town's about 1K south of the Imperial Outpost on Lok if you need to check for yourself)

That's actually pretty neat looking! You could build an older "ancient" area of town with that rotation lol.

I hope you bought earthquake insurance 
as for me, I'm not leaving. I'm just stepping down and hope that I can detach from the forum long enough to finish my thesis, get married, etc.

Ha ha ha! Those are fun. Wish we could do that on purpose. Must be a glitch that happens only near a City Hall? We have one of those. A crooked streetlight....

OMG i wish i could have something broken like that ingame I always wanted faction bases to stay there after they are destroyed, only for 24 hours or so. When it blows up, the walls are badely damaged, the lights inside and out are mostely broken, flags are bunned and knocked over, extractors (on rebel bases) have been smashed open, but you can still enter the base. There isnt much left, no terminals, bodies, broken through walls, celings, just completely destroyed =)
