Do all the cities on the server finish their elections at the same time or is the times spread out?

Thanks.

It's based off the time your city was created, adjusted for downtimes and such, so it varies from city to city. You can check the time of your city's update by checking the City Management Terminal in City Hall.

This worked before they changed the system to allow for non-active players no say in voting. If you want to know about the actual mayorial race, its different. Every week at update you get 750 exp or so, no matter how many votes. After 3 weeks the election is over, and all the candidates get something like 300 exp per vote. Im not 100% sure on the actual vote:exp ratio, but its something along those lines =)

Thanks for the replies.

What I need to know is when the last day for the current -election- is.

When you say I should check the time for the city update on the terminal, by "update" you mean election? If thats the case its quite simple I guess but there are other updates such as when the citycollects treasure etc, right?

Unfortunately there isn't any way to tell from the terminals when the actual election cycle ends, only the city update (which every third one coincides with the election cycle). The best way to tell is to keep e-mails from the previous election...the cycle ends three weeks after that.
