Im a MTK and MB with Novice Swords. Should I stay with groups on Dant or is there a better/faster way for me to get exp? Thanks in advanced

Don't go to Dant. Get an inspiration buff from a dancer or musician and go to Lok and get into a Gurk hunting group. If you hunt level 82 Gurks you'll get 7k xp per Gurk and that means with double xp over 14k xp per Gurk. That's some nice xp!
