I have 2 questions, if anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated

I am currently mayor and guild leader in my city but my guild leader is my jedi and I want my alt from unlocking to take over, which isn't a problem cause my city is in voting stages at the moment .. but if my alt takes over does she also become owner of guild hall or just guild leader?

Also, I have another character that is mayor and I want my other toon to take over city but what happens to all city structures and decorations ... the new mayor will only be novice and my current toon is master, I just want to know what will happen to city when a novice replaces a master ?????

PLEASE HELP

1) I'm pretty sure that your alt just becomes the guild leader, and your primary still own the guild hall. Anyone in your guild that places a hall can own a hall for your guild, regardless of who the leader is.

2) If a novice mayor takes over a master-politican's position the town won't lose the ability to do any of the stuff it currently has, but the new mayor won't be able to do anything new until he/she reaches that level.

I think this is how it goes - someone correct me if I'm wrong.
