I've been ponder whether or not to do Master Politician since the specialized skills @ Master is broken. Any news about politician in Pub 10 or 11 making Master Politician worth while?

i did it before i stopped being mayor jsut for the title.

and now i need the app points ;/ for another profesion

It does not give you any more abilities but it does give you the title master politican and the respective badge. Personally I thought the title and badge was worth it, and theres not too many people running around with that title which makes you kind of elite.

Only Info is, that we won't get any love til "after JtL" ... and since Smuggler will be first in line after that we'll have to wait some more (and further more along with every other profession).

And if what is now on Test Center real is the "Chat improvement" where you could have hoped for City Chat ... then we don't get anything here either

As to getting the Master Politician ... if you have the skillpoints and the AP XP anyway ... I love my profession title ... and if bug or not it stayes even if you drop the profession (and never change your title)

if you like to collect rare and random things, then go for it. Personally, i like the Warmaster title better than just 'Master Politician'. If they made it something like 'Mayor of xxx' then i'd be all about the title.

And Dont forget, the time it will take to get to master dependign on the city rank. So you may want to shoot for it, and you may still need more xp by the time SOE fixes the class.
