.... if the current Mayor drop all Politican skills and there is another Politican running for Mayor spot?
I consider doing this cause we are to change Mayor in our town and if I dropp my skills will all the Votes go to the new Mayor or will maybe the City Hall vanish?

Actually there are only 2 ... because you can't redeed your city hall - you delete it, and the whole city with it (so it's basicly nothing else than deleting the char - and why would you want to do that?)
There could be a 3rd option - and that would be to get CSRs to help you ... only apparantly many CSRs decide not to get involved into the game on this scale. Although Devs did say CSRs could help, it seams it's up to CSRs themselves to decide if they want to get involved in this way - after all, a few players could try and get a new mayor into office that non of the citizens wants ...

nothing happens ... the city won't *puff* but the current mayor will always stay mayor as long as he is not outvoted, He will only lose the skills to manage the city.

Currently there are ONLY three ways to get out of the mayor's seat:
The Good:
Use the system and get outvoted
The Bad:
Redeed the City Hall
And The Ugly:
Delete your character and make a new one (note: this destroys city hall)

Has anyone acutally had success getting a CSR to help them with this?
