If theyare city-owned structures (cloning center, bank) then yes they will. If they are player-owned (cantina, med center, theater) then no they won't disappear.


You may consider redeeding your city-owned structures prior to the next city update if you feel they will be in danger of poofing should that last person leave. But at least you have that option to do so And they won't go until the next city update anyway.

Your town gets to lvl 2 and then the 20ieth person drops from the town .. will lvl 2 building start dissapering?
