hi folks

just wanted to get an opinion -- as I noted in the "this week in politics" thread, the active folks in New Republic City, Tatooine, Starsider. the remaining active guild has established a newcity on Rori and the active characters are moving their things out. my characters have already moved to another city on Corellia, so the limit of my involvement is to finish off the few mayorly duties that remain -- redeed and pick up as much of the city property as possible, and transfer the treasury over to the new city.

therein lies the problem -- we recently got a couple sizable donations to the city, so with the limit on withdrawals of 50k per day, it's going to take me about a month and a half to fully withdraw the funds for transfer. I put in a CSR ticket to explain the situation and request assistance in expediting the transfer, however when I logged in today there wasthe following response:

had the ticket not been closed, I would have pointed out that the funds aren't going to "my" new city, but rather the new city that the bulk of the citizens are starting. I'm trying to help, out of the goodness of my heart, as I'd hate to see that money wasted. on the other hand, I'm not sure that it's worth my time to log in practically every day and disrupt my routine and game place just to go to Tat and make yet another withdrawal

since the ticket has been closed, would it be worth my effort to "roll the dice" again, toss in another ticket and hope for a different CSR? or would it be better to get the various folks that I'm trying to help out put in tickets to ask for this help? so, any opinionsor suggestions?
